Paid Family Leave Coverage
PFL is a new mandatory benefit in New York for private-sector employers with at least one employee working 30 days or more per year in the State of NY – regardless of gender or other demographic factors.
NY State requires PFL as a mandatory rider to your statutory short-term disability (DBL) policy effective 01/01/18.
